The second novel in Anne Mette Hancock’s Kaldan and Schäfer series, The Collector, has been included in the shortlist for the Best Crime Novel in Translation Award as part of the 2023 Crime Fiction Lover Awards.
Following on from The Corpse Flower, which was shortlisted this year for The Petrona Award and longlisted in the CWA Daggers, The Collector reprises the duo at the centre of The Corpse Flower – journalist Heloise Kaldan and police officer Erik Schäfer – as they investigate the disappearance of 10-year-old Lukas.
