Award-winning author Francesca Kay‘s novel The Book of Days, published in February this year, has made the longlist for the 2024 HWA Crown Awards.

The 2024 Crown Awards (Debut, Non-Fiction and Gold) are for full length books published for the first time in English in the UK between the 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024. There are three categories in the awards, Gold, Non-fiction and Debut, with 12 books selected for each category.
